The Braddock Bay Ecosystem Restoration Project has progressed. Partners are now ready to present final designs for public comment.

Braddock Bay is an extremely important to birds and other wildlife and significant habitat improvements are possible as a result this project — oversight from birders will increase the chances of this happening.

Partners include The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in cooperation with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and Town of Greece.

The final plans for implementation will be presented on:

Thursday, May 7, 2015 from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the
Eastman Room, Town of Greece Town Hall, 1 Vince Tofany Blvd, Greece, New York.

We look forward to hearing your thoughts and reports from this meeting.  For more information, please see this news release.
